General Terms

ap222 (referred to herein as "Platform", "we" or "Site") is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ap222 website (ap222.cam) and all its associated services.

Account Security

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit and must be in your own name.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• ap222 reserves the right to suspend or investigate withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals may be delayed due to public holidays or banking breaks.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ap222 have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳2,000, an additional ৳2,000 bonus will be added to your account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times.

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses have a fixed usage period — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• If you stop playing while using a bonus, the bonus balance may be cancelled.
• A member may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• ap222 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of any promotion at its discretion.

5.3 VIP Program

ap222's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Your VIP tier advances based on your activity and playing patterns. ap222 reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ap222 are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is free from any external interference. • A court order or direction from a law enforcement authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period of time.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request through our 24/7 live chat or email. Withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. For self-exclusion due to responsible gaming reasons, a specific process will be followed.
